A safe space for healing and self-discovery.
Therapy that blends traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed techniques—supporting children, teens, adults, and families in Fort Collins and virtually across Colorado.
Let’s explore what’s holding you back and find a path to deeper connection and lasting change.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the weight of past trauma and low mood, constant struggles with anxiety, or a deep sense of disconnect from yourself or others. You might feel like you've tried everything, yet the same patterns keep reappearing, leaving you stuck or drained. Maybe traditional approaches haven’t brought the progress you hoped for, leaving you feeling like you're not quite getting to the heart of what you truly need.
You're here because you're looking for something deeper, something that honors all of who you are—the emotional, physical, and spiritual parts of you that have been affected by life’s challenges. My approach is designed to meet you where you are, offering support, compassion, and a safe space to explore what’s been holding you back. Together, we can help you reconnect, heal, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with your true self.

Services I Offer
Individual Therapy
I offer holistic, client-centered therapy for individuals 16 and up, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow at your own pace.
-
A typical therapy session with me is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns and work through challenges at your own pace. Whether it's your first time or you’ve been in therapy before, I prioritize transparency and comfort throughout our work together.
We’ll start with an initial consultation to ensure we’re a good fit, followed by an intake period to build trust and lay the groundwork for future sessions. We'll then dive into helping you build self-awareness, address challenges, and work toward your goals, adjusting our approach as needed.
-
Session rates are $150 for a 50-minute session, with pricing varying based on the type of therapy. Please contact me for specific pricing details.
I do not currently accept insurance, but I am happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage.
-
Yes! I offer both in-person therapy in Fort Collins, CO, and virtual sessions for clients in Colorado.
EMDR Therapy
Through guided eye movements and bilateral stimulation, EMDR can help release emotional charge and reprocess past experiences, allowing for deeper healing and lasting relief for those struggling with anxiety, PTSD, depression, and more.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help process trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. It works by helping rewire how the brain stores and processes traumatic experiences.
In an EMDR session, we’ll work together to identify distressing memories or emotions, and I’ll guide you through a process of bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements) to help your brain reprocess those memories in a healthier way.
-
No! While EMDR is highly effective for trauma, it can also be helpful for anxiety, phobias, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, and other forms of emotional distress.
-
EMDR can be an effective treatment for anyone who has experienced trauma, anxiety, or distressing memories, and is ready to heal in a deep, lasting way. It’s particularly helpful for those who may have tried other therapies without experiencing the progress they hoped for or who feel “stuck” in old patterns of thinking and emotional responses.
However, it may not be suitable for individuals currently struggling with active psychosis or severe dissociation. If you're unsure, let's discuss whether EMDR could be a good fit for you.
Ketamine & Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy
For those who’ve found traditional talk therapy limiting, I offer ketamine- and psilocybin-assisted therapy—available in both individual or group settings.
-
While both ketamine and psilocybin-assisted therapy can lead to profound healing experiences, they work in different ways:
Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that works by affecting the brain’s glutamate system, promoting neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to form new connections) and helping clients break out of stuck thought patterns.
Psilocybin (the active ingredient in psychedelic mushrooms) is a classic psychedelic that interacts with serotonin receptors in the brain. It often leads to deeply emotional, sometimes mystical experiences, helping clients explore core beliefs and past trauma in a profound way. The effects typically last much longer (4-6 hours) and tend to involve more vivid visual and emotional experiences compared to ketamine.
-
Both ketamine and psilocybin have been studied for their therapeutic potential and can be safe when used in a controlled, supportive environment with proper medical and psychological oversight. However, safety considerations differ for each:
Ketamine has been used medically for decades and is considered safe at therapeutic doses. It has a well-documented safety profile but may cause temporary side effects such as dizziness, nausea, dissociation, or increased blood pressure. It is not recommended for individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, certain heart conditions, or a history of psychosis.
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic that has shown promising mental health benefits in research studies. While generally considered physiologically safe, it can lead to intense emotional or perceptual experiences, which is why a carefully guided setting and integration support are crucial. Psilocybin is not recommended for those with a personal or family history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder due to the potential for triggering psychotic episodes.
For both treatments, a thorough screening process is essential to determine if they are a safe and appropriate fit for you. The supportive environment, preparation, and integration work are key factors in maximizing benefits while minimizing risks.
-
Ketamine and psilocybin-assisted therapy offer transformative experiences for individuals seeking alternative treatment options, especially for those with treatment-resistant conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
During a ketamine session, you may feel detached from distressing emotions, allowing you to process and reframe your experiences in a new way. Psilocybin, on the other hand, typically involves a longer journey that may bring deep emotional or spiritual insights, helping you address underlying trauma and create lasting emotional shifts.
Reiki & Energy Work
Reiki helps channels energy through your body to release blockages and restore balance. I offer Reiki sessions specifically within the context of psychedelic work, helping to deepen and enhance your overall experience.
-
Reiki can be understood through the concept of biofield therapy, which suggests that energy fields around the body can influence health and well-being. During psychedelic work, I use Reiki to channel healing energy that supports your body’s natural healing process.
Through gentle touch or by holding hands near the body, this energy helps promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your overall experience,
-
During a Reiki session, you’ll remain fully clothed and relax either lying down or sitting comfortably. I’ll gently place my hands on or near specific areas of your body, channeling energy to promote relaxation and healing. You may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm as the energy flows, supporting your body’s natural healing process.
-
Yes! Reiki can help release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. It’s a powerful tool for addressing feelings of anxiety, depression, or emotional turmoil by restoring balance to the body’s energy system.
Intensives & Retreats
Therapy intensives and healing retreats offer immersive, focused experiences for deep transformation. Whether in a half-day intensive or a multi-day retreat, you’ll receive concentrated support in a restorative environment.
-
Intensives are extended therapy sessions (typically half-day or full-day) designed for deep, focused work. They are ideal for clients who want to accelerate healing without the wait between weekly sessions.
-
Intensives are great for individuals processing trauma, major life transitions, or those seeking a breakthrough in therapy. They provide concentrated support for deep healing.
-
Consulation & Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for therapists and professional consultations for those looking to deepen their skills in trauma-informed care, EMDR, psychedelic integration, and holistic therapy practices.
-
I offer clinical supervision for therapists in CO working toward licensure and for experienced professionals seeking to enhance their practice with trauma-informed care, EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
Whether you're new to the field or looking to expand your skill set, I provide support that’s grounded in practical experience and tailored to your goals.
-
Yes, you can! I offer one-time consultations for therapists, coaches, and healers who are navigating complex client dynamics and need guidance on specific cases, or for those looking to integrate new therapeutic approaches. Whether you're facing a challenge with a client or seeking professional insight to enhance your practice, we can focus on your unique needs during the session.
-
My approach to consultation and supervision is client-centered, much like my therapy work. I believe in creating a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll explore your unique challenges, goals, and growth areas, tailoring our sessions to meet your individual needs.
My focus is on nurturing your confidence, deepening your clinical skills, and ensuring you feel equipped to support your clients with compassion and expertise.
