Starting therapy is a big step, and I know you probably have some questions. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what truly matters: your healing and well-being. Below, you’ll find more information about my pricing, insurance options, and answers to all those “What if?” questions.

Out-of-Pocket Fees
I operate on a private pay basis, with sessions priced at $150 for 50 minutes. Rates for extended sessions, psychedelic journeys, and retreats vary, and I’m happy to share personalized details based on your needs—just reach out.

While I don’t accept insurance directly, if you have insurance, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for therapy services. I’m happy to provide you with a superbill (receipt) for each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. It’s a good idea to check with your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits and the process for submitting claims.

I want you to feel completely informed about your costs, which is why we follow the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133). Under this law, we provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy before your first session, especially if you’re not using insurance. This estimate helps you understand what to expect, and if you’re charged more than $400 above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Life happens! I just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
